Shipping Policy

We are a handmade, made to order shop. Inventory to complete your purchase is ordered immediately. Depending on our vendors' shipping policies, it may take up to 14 days to complete your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Once shipped your order may take another 10 days depending on mail delays in your area. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please reach out via email to contact@ilunacompany.com

INTERNATIONAL ORDER/SHIPPING

We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. We do not have control over US customs or foreign customs in regards to extended shipping time. International returns are at the expense of the customer.

LOST AND OR STOLEN PACKAGES

I, Luna Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package arrived damaged you must let us know within 24 hours of the item being delivered. If you have any questions regarding lost or stolen packages, please contact contact@ilunacompany.com with your order number.

LOCAL DELIVERY

If you are local to our area (Fargo, North Dakota, USA) your package will more than likely be HAND DELIVERED. If you are local but would prefer your order be shipped, please contact us with your order number immediately after placing your order.
